Terms and Conditions

• Image Copyright
  • The entrant must be the sole author and owner of the copyright for all images entered.
  • By entering images into the competition, the entrant grants Erindi Private Game Reserve a non-exclusive licence to publish the images for any purpose for example but not limited to: Judging the competition, inclusion in promotional material, marketing collateral, social media content, media publication.
  • Erindi Private Game Reserve will not be held liable for any copyright disputes arising from images entered into the competition.
  • If image is selected for publication in the Erindi Species Book, entrant will receive a complimentary copy of Erindi Species Book as well as Bird Book.
  • No compensation will be provided for the use of images submitted into the competition.

• Erindi Private Game Reserve and judges have the right to refuse any entries which they deem unfit for display as part of the competition.
• The judge’s’ decision and the results are final.
• No further correspondence will be entered into regarding entered or winning images.
• Prizes:
  • Are non-transferable
  • Cannot be redeemed for cash

• Erindi Private Game Reserve may re-allot prizes if we are unable to contact selected winners.
• Erindi Private Game Reserve employees and their next of kin, contract workers, temporary staff, volunteers and judges are not allowed to enter the competition.
• Any deviation from the rules and/or attempt to manipulate the outcome of the competition will result in disqualification.
