It is with a heavy heart that we announce that Eindi will stay closed until further notice. Although we are longing to welcome guests back to our reserve, for us, safety comes first.

Being on safari is all about closeness. Closeness to nature and closeness to one another. We sit up close to each other on game drives, we dish up our food together at the buffet and we huddle up close to each other around the campfire. We’re busy looking at ways we can apply Covid-19 social distancing at all these touch-points throughout the reserve and lodges to make it safer for everyone.

Thank you for understanding and your continuous support. It’s your positive feedback that keeps our fighting spirits alive!

Already paid? No stress! We will give you a voucher to use anytime before December 2021.

Our promise to you; our rates will not increase in 2021.

If you have any questions about an existing booking, please contact our reservations team at and we will gladly assist.

Although the whole world is on lockdown, our animals roam freely!

We invite you to follow us on Facebook and Instagram where we will be sharing daily stories from the reserve for you to escape to, whenever you feel you need a little break from real life.

At the moment we are hosting three world renowned photographers who are staying at Camp Elephant after being stuck in Namibia when the shutdown announcement was made. While we offer a safe haven to them, be sure to follow their wildlife adventures by following Donal Boyd, Chase Teron and Jenninaturally on Instagram.

WARNING: some of the content might be too cute to handle if you have a soft spot for baby animals.

Lastly, please take good care of yourself and your loved ones. There is no better time to strengthen our bonds, to stand together, to help each other through this storm, and come out stronger on the other side.

If you have any questions or enquiries, please don’t hesitate to contact us at Stay safe.

Stay healthy. Be patient and kind.
