Erindi Private Game Reserve offers incredible activities, showcasing the most diverse fauna and flora species found anywhere in Africa. Each activity has been carefully curated to allow you to explore the natural wonder of our reserve, learn more about our incredible wildlife and step out of your comfort zone. Come enjoy the sights and sounds of Africa in adventure like no other.
Game Drives
Set out in the early morning and late afternoon on a guided game viewing expedition. Journey through over 70 000 hectares of game-rich reserve, getting treated to sights like lion cubs, fresh leopard kills and encounters with elephants. Look out for southern yellow-billed hornbills and corey bastards all while learning amazing facts about our Namibian wildlife from our knowledgeable guides. At Erindi you can drive in a different direction every day and never see the end of it or the same animal twice. Snacks and refreshments are served, usually at a scenic spot. All game viewers are shaded but still be sure to apply sunscreen. We cater for children with our Under 6’s Game Drive. Families and groups can opt for a Private Game Drive and choose where you want to go and what wildlife species your group is most interested in tracking.
Photography
For the wildlife, landscape and travel photographers, we have private photographic safaris, specialised private birding drives, and a new fly your drone safari. Our knowledgable guides will make sure you have the time and are in the right place to get that perfect photo.
Keep in Mind
Be sure to book your activities at least 24 hours in advance. It doesn’t happen often, but nature may dictate the availability of certain activities. Always check in and out at reception or at the game viewing departure area.
Our activities allow guests the chance to do something different every day at Erindi. Young or old, families, couples and groups can participate in numerous nature viewing and interactive conservation activities within the reserve.
